CUSTOMS INFORMATIONS
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when you require delivery outside of Italy, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Before placing an order, it’s your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with the import regulations of the destination country, and that they are not prohibited for such destination.
Customs offices in some countries outside the EU require the importer to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. Being considered the importer, you and the addressee may be required to provide an identification number, whose name can vary from country to country.
Ordinarily, customs forms for international shipments include the value of the goods ordered and some information about the products shipped.
Additionally, please note that all cross-border shipments shall be subject to Customs inspection.
Furthermore, please note that freight forwarders may transmit some information concerning the products shipped, in order to facilitate customs clearance operations, in accordance with the law of the destination country.
