GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions of sale are intended to govern the sale of merchandise by Maurizio Vicini SS and marketed under the brand name Beltforyou® on the website www.beltforyou.com (“Website”).
The reading and acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale are mandatory before purchasing on the Website.
- CREATING USER PROFILE
In order to buy our products on the Website, the users need to register and create an account.
- CONTRACT CONCLUSION
The presentation of our products on the Website constitutes an invitation to offer.
If you want to buy one or more products, you can select them one by one, adding them to your cart.
You will see a summary page of the products you selected, their price and terms of delivery (with the related costs).
You will be asked to choose the preferred solution for delivery, shipping and payment method.
At the top of the same page, you will find the “Buy Now” button, which you will have to click to submit your order proposal.
Your order proposal will be subject to the seller’s approval.
This order proposal will be considered as a purchase contract proposal addressed to Maurizio Vicini SS, concerning the selected products, each considered individually. As we receive your order proposal we will send you automatically an order processing message (“Order Reception”). The Order Reception does not constitute an acceptance of your order proposal. With the Order Reception we solely confirm that we have received your order and submitted it to the process of verification of data and of availability of the products requested. The contract of sale will terminate only when you will be sent a separate email of acceptance of the proposal of purchase (“Order Confirmation”), together with some information related to the shipping of the product and the estimated day of delivery.
- SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs are displayed in the drop-down box which opens after selecting the product and before providing payment information.
Delivery costs can only be calculated after indicating your delivery address and selecting the delivery method.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
You will be charged (for shipping and product costs) when we ship your order.
- CANCELING AN ORDER
You will be allowed to cancel the order before receiving the Order Confirmation.
- PRODUCTS MARKETED ON THE WEBSITE
All products by Maurizio Vicini, marketed on the Website under the brand Beltforyou are manufactured according to the customer’s personalization: each belt is a unique piece made ad hoc for each customer and based on the measurements duly provided by the customer. Furthermore, each belt is customized with the initials of the customer and a selected text.
Additionally, the customer can choose buckles finishes: this makes the product unique and irrevocably addressed to a customer.
- ORDERS LIMITATION
All orders placed on the website must correspond to the normal consumption needs. This requirement is applied both in relation to the number of products purchased in a single order, and in the event of multiple orders of the same product, even if each order includes a quantity of products corresponding to normal consumption needs.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Since these products are clearly personalized, made ad hoc according to the specific requests of the customer, it is not possible to proceed with the reversibility of the product and, therefore, the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded pursuant to art. 59 letter c) of the Consumer Code.
In any case, the right to the legal guarantee for conformity defects remains in the cases provided for by law.
- PRICES
All prices are inclusive of VAT applicable in accordance with the law,
Notwithstanding all our efforts, we cannot exclude that in our catalogue there may be, by mistake, a wrong price.
If, due to errors or other inconveniences, the price indicated on the Website is lower than the correct sale price of a product, we will contact you to check if you still intend to purchase the product at the correct price.
Otherwise your order proposal cannot be accepted.
If the correct price of a product is lower than the one indicated on the Website, we will charge you only the correct lower price and we will send you the product.
The correct price is the final price indicated in the Order Confirmation, which also includes delivery costs.
Instead, we cannot give you an estimate of possible customs duties.
- DELIVERY TIME
For delivery we’ll use our supplier.
The estimated shipment and delivery times of the products listed in the Order Confirmation are purely indicative and not totally guaranteed.
- PAYMENT METHODS
To purchase on the Website you can only use credit cards.
Other payment methods are not accepted to purchase items on our Website.

When ordering goods from us for delivery outside of Italy, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. - WARRANTIES FOR PRODUCTS SOLD AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
As a “customer”, according to Directive 1999/44/EC, you have the legal guarantee of conformity (“Legal Guarantee”).
The Legal Guarantee is a guarantee for any defects of conformity of the product sold.
Under the legal warranty, in the event of existence of defects of conformity, you will be entitled to a repair or replacement of the faulty good, or, if this is not possible, to a reduction of the purchase price or to the conclusion of the contract.
Maurizio Vicini SS is liable for any possible defects of conformity that occur within a period of two years from the date of delivery of the good.
You are required to report any defect of conformity within and no later than two months of acknowledging the same, sending your fault report through registered letter to the addresses below.
Non-substantial differences between the goods purchased and their illustrative pictures shall not imply a defect of conformity.
Maurizio Vicini SS complies with the Italian regulation on leather handcrafted accessories, declining all responsibility in the event that the delivered product does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery other than Italy.
Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Maurizio Vicini SS is solely liable for any direct and foreseeable damage at the time of conclusion of the contract of sale. Maurizio Vicini SS shall not be liable for any damages which do not constitute an immediate and direct consequence of its non-compliance and for any damages not foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract of sale.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions of Sale shall be regulated and interpreted in accordance with the Italian law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
As a consumer, you can take your case to the court of Milan or of the Member State of the European Union in which you are resident or domiciled: you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with these General Conditions of Sale.
- AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
We reserve the right to make changes to the Website and these General Conditions of Sale at any time to offer new products or to comply with legal or regulatory provisions. You will be subject to the General Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you issue the order proposal. If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
- CHILDREN
We do not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18 you may use our Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
